Why Change?
First and foremost, we wanted to simplify the experience for our customers at every point of their interaction with SmartSense. Over the last several years we have built a portfolio of remote sensing and digital checklist technologies that had their own names, own websites, own blogs, and own identities. As this complexity grew, we believed that a single name and a single brand would improve our customer experience.
In addition, the efficiencies realized by this single, cohesive platform will have an immediate impact for organizations seeking to leverage the power of connected solutions and IoT. SmartSense ushers in a new era of data-driven IoT solutions for food safety, facilities monitoring, and supply chain visibility.
